ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 1-5 to process your order. Expect an email within 1-2 days to let you know your order is on the way! 

LOCAL PICKUP
This service is currently unavailable.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
UK orders are generally shipped within 1-2 days. A Royal Mail 2nd class letter in the UK typically takes 3–5 working days to arrive, including Saturdays, but remote areas may take longer. Royal Mail delivers Monday through Saturday, excluding bank holidays.

We do not ship outside of the UK at this time.    

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible  at shop@printsdoodle.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
